What is The Luxury Directory?
The Luxury Directory is an e-Marketing platform created to serve the Luxury sector. We found that there was a serious lack of focus on the Luxury sector and the way Luxury goods were advertised and to that effect, The Luxury Directory was born.
Simply put, you list Luxury goods with us and we deliver them to an affluent audience, saving you precious time and cost over conventional methods.
How do i list an item?
It’s really very simple. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to create an account. Navigate to the top right of the Home screen and hit the ‘Add Listing’ button. This will take you to the Category selection page. Here you’re going to select the type of listing you wish to submit. Whether it be a Car or a Property, we’ve got you covered.
After selecting your Listing type, you will navigate to the package selection page. Here you have the choice of three packages to select from. Your choice will ultimately depend on how much and how often you wish to list with us. Select the package you wish to choose and you’ll move on to the product details section.
When entering the product details on the appropriate page, we recommend that you submit as many specificities as possible. This give your items more visibility and will increase the odds of a successful lead.
Once you’ve completed the details form, hit submit and we’ll take it from there.
Every Listing is verified by our team to ensure it conforms to our T’s and C’s.
Once verified, your listing will go live on the website for all to see.
We pride ourselves on the ease of listing an item and hope fully you’ll back us up on that.
How can i see the status of my Listings?
To see the status of your listings, simply visit the “My Account” tab in the main menu. Here you can view the status of your listings as well as the number of current listings and the analytics associated to each.
I’ve just registered for an Account and i cant access it. Is this a problem?
Absolutely not. All new accounts are independently verified by the team to ensure authenticity. This allows us to control the content on the website, retaining the stature of the Luxury goods already listed.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. We operate on a fee only basis whereby you pay for the listing only. We take no commission on sales of any sort.
Do you handle any aspect of the sale?
No. The Luxury Directory acts only as an intermediary, connecting the seller to the prospective buyer. We don’t operate Escrow services of any sort.
I’m unhappy with the service, what can i do?
We hate to disappoint and would love a chance to rectify any issues. If there is something we could do to rectify the issue, reach out to us at; info@theluxurydirectory.co.uk and we’ll do the utmost to make things work.
If you’re still dissatisfied, we’ll gladly offer a 100% refund on any monies paid. This is valid for 7 days from initial purchase date.

We try our utmost to ensure the Listings on The Luxury Directory are authentic and real. We urge you to excercise caution and perform due diligence when purchasing an item. Ensure that you see the item in person and feel satisfied before exchanging any monies. We do not accept any liability for any losses incurred.
